The whole process for the Design through to completion was utterly brilliant and it was not an easy job. We found it such a comfort to be in such safe, capable hands with sound advice provided on design recommendations from Ashlea (which helped us make our mind up!) which we really appreciated and excellent commitment, skill and professionalism from Mark who fitted and delivered exactly what we wanted. Can't recommend enough...we will definitely be back for future projects!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the initial planning stage through to the final completion of our en-suite project. Ashley, Steve and Paul, along with their team of fitters have been incredible. We would recommend them without hesitation.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Design Time have just completed a large project at our home - adhering to the brief we provided at the outset. This included a full renovation of our bathroom & the amalgamation of two bedrooms to provide a very luxurious bedroom suite including new fitted wardrobes & ensuite, this was lead by the designer Ashlea. My wife and myself are both extremely delighted with what has been achieved, its not an overstatement to say that it has totally transformed our home incredibly for the better, of which we are proud, Ashlea certainly has the ability of making the customers aspirations come true. She has the most fantastic attribute for listening to and understanding of the brief given, moreover when required Ashlea guided us to designs & space saving ideas we would never have thought of, in a very informative & friendly manner that is a tremendous skill to have. The products we were supplied with are all beautiful & highly specified. Throughout the whole design process Ashlea communicated with ourselves regularly & effectively. All of this was supported by Paul in the office / showroom, he likewise is an excellent communicator & certainly believes in providing great customer service. The actual work / installation undertaken was done so by Kev & Ian. These gentlemen are true professionals at "the top of their game" They have the highest work ethic, skill set, respectful, tidy and are absolutely decent guys. They made the whole whole exercise remarkably painless & stress free - This included some internal structural changes to the property, changes to window sizes & types, electricity / gas works etc... all completed to the necessary building regulations guidelines. Nothing was too much trouble for Kev & Ian & they worked so hard, completing the whole job in 3 weeks, amazing. In conclusion if your considering the daunting decision of having a new bathroom, bedroom or ensuite Design time are certainly the "go to" company (i'm sure this is also the case for Kitchens) Not only is this company of high order, they are also lovely people to deal with, something which is equally important.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Design time recently renovated my mum‘s bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team were professional, reliable and so easy to communicate with. They listened carefully to what we wanted, offered great suggestions, and delivered a design that was both stylish and practical. The workmanship is excellent, with real attention to detail, and everything was finished to a very high standard. My mum absolutely loves her new bathroom– it’s been completely transformed. Thank you to the whole team for doing such an amazing job, I would highly recommend design time to anyone.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Design Time Excellent Again! We had worked with Design Time previously installing our new kitchen which proved a great success, we therefore asked them to refurbish an en-suite and downstairs cloakroom for us. From the start the planning process was excellent, Ashlea visited numerous times and quickly submitted plans to us covering all areas of the install, including all design and product specs. Her help was invaluable and she clearly has a talent for design. Mark then fitted out both spaces including bespoke fitments, his standard of work was of the highest order and he is one of the best Trades persons we have had the pleasure to work with. We are so pleased with the results and at a highly competitive cost. We would thoroughly recommend Design Time for any kitchen or bathroom renovation you are considering. A 5 Star team!!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a complete kitchen refit and from start to finish I cannot fault Design Time. All of the contractors were courteous and respectful, I cannot fault their can do attitude, nothing was too much trouble. They are now coming back to replace my hall carpet with Karndean flooring and once again their service is impeccable. Thank you DesignTime.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We asked Design Time to install our new kitchen after obtaining quotes from 2 other suppliers. We chose them for the job based on; the friendliness and relaxed approach of the staff at their showroom, the quality of their products and the highly competitive quote that they quickly provided. The planning and design stage was very collaborative with Mark and we feel that the finished product really reflects what was planned. The installation went well with all of the trades involved doing a brilliant job; special thanks to Luke, Dom, Brian & Craig for being so good. The quality of the overall fit is excellent. Finally whenever things did go a little off track, which I would add were not anything that Design Time could have foreseen, Paul the project manager stepped in and rectified the issues with the suppliers very quickly. We are very pleased with the service, quality and price of our new kitchen and we would urge anyone to go and see them at their showroom when tendering for a new project. Would definitely recommend Design Time!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We chose Design Time as we wanted somewhere that could provide both a kitchen and shower room and ideally a local company (they ticked all boxes!). Both Mark and Ashley were very patient as we changed our mind about certain features during the design phase and at no point put us under any sales pressure - offering design only or design and install options. I have given them 5 stars not because our installation was perfect and went smoothly but because it wasn't! There were a number of issues that arose along the way but I was very impressed with their 'let's sort it' approach and no attempt at blaming or arguing who might be at fault. This to me is the sign of a great business. I think my kitchen and shower room are fabulous and I recommend Design time as an honest, customer friendly crew who were always positive and courteous to deal with.Load more
